They say Monday mornings are the worst. That is true in the sense that you have to wake up early in the morning to go to school or work. Though you had the weekend to rest and reboot, it seems that it wasn’t enough to refuel your body with all the energy you need for the whole week until your “rest day” comes again.
So, how do you greet your Monday morning? Generally, how do you greet the morning?
Some of us may jump start our day with a good cup of coffee or a lazy breakfast in rush you didn’t even chew because you were going to be late. Others may be stuck in a heavy traffic or did not even had the courage to get up but instead snooze all the way til afternoon.
Whatever it is that’s dragging you not to go to school or miss out a work day, put it all away and leave it behind your bed. As the morning starts, bring with you only good vibes that shall keep you going for the day. And if you feel like your sleep wasn’t enough, just look forward for the night. Then you will have to go home to your family, eat dinner and sleep again. The thing is, you should have a productive day no matter how hard it is in the beginning. After all, I don’t think there is one person who really wants to be tied in his bed. Well not in that way.
